For the purposes of this document, Vortexz Technologies will be referred to as the ‘primary party, company, we OR our’ and the user as the ‘third party OR your’.

This privacy policy describes the procedures and policies that the primary party uses in order to collect, use and disclose the third parties information. This policy includes information and rights and how the law protects the third party.

The data provided by the third party is used to improve the service offered by the primary party and allow the service to provide the desired functions.

Definitions:

• Personal Data: Information that can be used to identify a specific individual.

• Account: Unique account created for the 3rd ("third") party in order to access the provided services.

• Affiliate: A person who is part of the Vortexz Technologies Affiliate Program (hereinafter mentioned as "VTAP") program.

• Service: Refers to the products offered by the primary party, such as: discord bot products, ROBLOX development assets, etc.

• Usage data: Refers to data collected automatically generated by the use of the service or infrastructure itself.

What information we collect and how it is collected?

Whilst using this service you may be required to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to identify you as an individual, this may include (but is not limited to):

• ROBLOX experience IDs

• ROBLOX User IDs

• Discord User IDs

• Payout Logs

• Partner Invites

Usage of your personal data:

The primary party may use the information stated above for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the service

• To manage your products

• To manage your affiliate account (in case you are an affiliate)

• To contact the third party (In case of a potential problem)

• To manage your requests

How we collect this information:

Your information is securely collected when you sign up to use the services offered by the primary party.

Who is your information shared with:

• The staff of the primary party may have access to logs, information about your products and affiliate specific info.

• With law enforcement

Your rights over your data:

The General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR) protects users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA). By offering a service we are legally required to comply with the GDPR regulations. As per chapter 3, articles 13 and 14 we are obliged to inform the third party about the collection and use of their personal data. The data provided will only be stored for as long as is necessary to provide the relevant services, including to enforce or solve any legal agreements and disputes.

You can request a right to erasure with any personal data that we collect. You may update, delete or amend your data at any time by contacting the primary party or signing in to the services provided. Please do note at times we may legally have to retain information on a lawful basis.

Your data may be transferred on computers located outside of your country, state or government jurisdiction area where data protection laws may differ from the local area. This may be done for reasons such as: maintenance, operations of products and services and other related purposes.
